In 2011, founder Mitch Taylor started Bram Flooring to offer his community a full-service flooring solution free of the high-pressure sales approach he had experienced at other stores.
His goal with Bram Flooring was to focus on serving the customer with a flooring education, providing honest information about their flooring purchases in order to make the best decisions for their individual situations.
The History of Bram Flooring
Mitch has been in the flooring industry since 1993, when he started doing installations of all flooring types under the name Taylor Installs. As the customer base for his first company grew, he was faced with a great demand to offer quality flooring products at a fair price. To accommodate his large & growing client base, Mitch started Bram Flooring, a larger operation meant to serve the greater Phoenix area.
As Bram Flooring has grown, we’ve continued to carefully select industry professionals for our team. This selective hiring process has been the cornerstone of our customer service. Each member of the sales team has to share Mitch’s vision of honest, fair & ethical sales & service.
Today, the company has grown from a one-man show into a team of more than 40 seasoned pros. We serve the needs of homeowners, general contractors, real estate professionals, retirement communities and many other customers.
Bram Flooring plans to continue moving forward with the same ideals that Mitch started his original company with more than 27 years ago. This approach of treating our customers like partners has enabled us to foster long-lasting relationships with every person with whom we work.
